That's why this has to be the right person, and why fluent, native-level English is vital.What you'd ownFull-cycle accounting, month-end close, financial statements, and consolidated reporting across the groupCash flow, working capital, project costing and margins on long-cycle contracts, our banking relationships, and the finance systemsFX hedging on a mixed CAD/USD cost base, capital allocation, support on acquisitions and real estate,



and the financial case for our growth in the US.What were looking forA CPA- Ideally trained in public practice or audit (the old "CA" route)Ability to manage a staff of 4-5 peopleSeven to twelve years of progression behind you- senior accounting, assistant controller,A genuine track record of successNative or near-native English.
