Contribute to secure marine operations as a Full-Time 2nd Class Marine Engineer with Bay Ferries Limited. This role focuses on machinery maintenance, safety compliance, and teamwork on a rotational schedule.

As a key member reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will ensure the smooth operation of the vessel's propulsion and auxiliary systems. You will conduct preventative maintenance, respond to equipment failures, and support junior engineers. Key Responsibilities:



• Operate and maintain propulsion and auxiliary machinery • Stand engineering watches as per regulations • Monitor and troubleshoot machinery performance • Complete maintenance and repairs via planned systems • Maintain accurate operational documentation

Requirements: • Transport Canada Second Class Motor Certificate • Valid Marine Medical and Emergency Duties certifications • Ability to obtain Passenger Safety Management certification • Valid WHMIS certification • Eligible for required training and certifications
