This role offers hands-on transactional work, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to manage files from start to finish within a collaborative team setting.Responsibilities Assist with and manage commercial real estate transactions and real estate development mattersSupport commercial lending and financing transactionsHandle commercial and residential conveyancesWork on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring mattersDraft, review,
