is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing construction team in Edmonton. We specialize in commercial and multifamily projects and are looking for a strong, independent qualified who can manage projects from preconstruction through completion with limited supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, change management, consultant coordination, contract administration, cost control, and overall project delivery. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and keeping projects moving. As Magana Management continues to grow, this position will also play an important role in helping establish and improve our internal systems, procedures, reporting tools, subcontractor processes, and project management standards. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5?7 years of commercial or multifamily construction experience, preferably with a general contractor or construction manager. Strong knowledge of construction documents, budgets, schedules, subcontractor management, and CCDC contracts is considered an asset.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of their projects and wants the opportunity to grow with a developing construction company.
Pay: $80,000.00-$132,000.00 per year
