What we are hiring for: We are currently seeking a remote-based Scheduler to support our Human Resources department.

What you will do: Responsible for maintenance of staffing schedule in accordance with legislation and agency policies and procedures

Coordinate with location managers to ensure adequate staffing levels, schedule coverage for vacations and leaves

Assist with covering vacancies due to unexpected employee absences

Utilize scheduling software to input and modify shifts, review requests and ensure accuracy with scheduling changes in preparation for payroll

Work within the Human Resources Department, providing support to Recruitment and Retention Manager

What you will need: Be legally entitled to work in Canada

Be willing to provide a clear Criminal Reference Check

Qualifications/Skills: Previous scheduling, dispatch and administrative experience is an asset

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong computer skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail

Robust organizational, time management,



and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through on responsibilities Compensation and scheduling:$22.02 - $22.80 per hour based on experience

Part-time - evenings, weekends and holidays
