Role: IVR Developer Contact Centre Employment: Full Time Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid 4 Days/Week Job Description We are seeking a Full Time IVR Developer Contact Centre with extensive contact centre technology experience and solid hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect, IVR, telephony, and network infrastructure Key Responsibilities Design, develop, integrate, deploy, and upgrade large-scale contact centre infrastructure Develop and support IVR and Amazon Connect contact centre solutions Work with telephony, call recording, routing, reporting, CTI, IPT, and WFM technologies Design and implement contact centre call flows and routing solutions Troubleshoot complex contact centre, telephony, and integration issues Collaborate with network, infrastructure, application,



and business teams Support enterprise contact centre deployments and upgrades Apply networking knowledge across routing, switching, VoIP, MPLS, and SIP Ensure contact centre solutions meet scalability, reliability, and performance requirements Required Skills 10+ years of experience in the Contact Centre domain 5+ years of experience with Amazon Connect Contact Centre Technology 3+ years of experience planning and developing large contact centre infrastructure Strong experience in design, integration, deployment, and upgrades Broad knowledge of telephony, IVR, CTI, IPT, WFM, call recording, routing, and reporting Strong networking knowledge including Routing, Switching, VoIP, MPLS, and SIP Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
