Join Emergency Health Services as an Advanced Care Paramedic in Wainwright. This role focuses on providing advanced patient care during transport and emergency scenes while operating ambulances and vehicles.

As a full time Advanced Care Paramedic, you will assess emergency situations and ensure proper patient care, including administering medications and leading ALS teams during transport. You will work in various weather conditions and challenging environments while maintaining vehicle readiness and complying with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess emergency scenes and patient conditions effectively
• Administer advanced life support and medication as needed
• Lead ALS teams during patient transport




• Ensure ambulances are stocked and maintained properly
• Operate transport vehicles under varying weather conditions

Requirements:
• Registration with Alberta College of Paramedics as ACP
• Current BCLS CPR certification required
• Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator's Licence eligibility
• Successful completion of Functional Abilities Recruitment Evaluation
• Capability to perform full operational duties immediately
