Lead a dedicated maintenance team at Six Nations of the Grand River. As the Maintenance Lead, you'll oversee facility upkeep, managing staff, schedules, and equipment maintenance effectively.

Reporting directly to the Social Services Executive Administrator, you'll supervise cleaning and maintenance across all facilities. This full time role operates hourly from 8 am to 4:30 pm or as needed. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules and maintenance operations while ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team effectively
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
• Prepare reports adhering to health and safety standards




• Manage daily administrative functions, including staff schedules
• Interact with clients for facility needs and support

Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in a skilled trade or 5 years experience
• Valid class G Ontario driver’s license required
• Computer proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing
• Certification in Health and Safety and WHMIS preferred
• Must pass a criminal record check
