In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-centered EAP counseling to employees and their households, primarily through face-to-face interactions. You'll support clients navigating issues like workplace stress and anxiety while maintaining compliance with professional standards. Bring your three years of post-master's clinical experience to create impactful change in individuals’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide insightful, solution-focused counseling for clients
• Facilitate intake assessments and clinical sessions
• Help clients cope with workplace and personal challenges
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation is maintained
• Coordinate care through ComPsych’s processes as necessary
Requirements:
• Master’s degree required in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of clinical experience needed
• Skilled accreditation or registration mandatory
• Active professional liability insurance is essential
