Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to alerts via email, Teams, and tickets
• Generate reports on Dell/EMC storage performance
• Review and address service tickets effectively
• Monitor zoning changes and access requests
• Perform vulnerability remediation as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience with NAS/SAN technologies
• 5+ years in performance monitoring tools
• Familiarity with On Command Unified Manager
• Experience with Service Now or similar platforms
• Willing to work expanded hours and on holidays
