As a Boiler Safety Officer (BSO), you will report to the Operations Leader and take charge of maintaining safety standards. Your role encompasses inspection services, compliance enforcement, and educating clients on meeting safety requirements. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will also document inspections and support the development of recent Safety Officers through targeted training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct worksite audits and incident investigations
• Implement compliance guidelines and outline consequences
• Educate clients on safety standards and new trends




• Document inspections and maintain expertise in the field
• Provide mentorship and training for current Safety Officers

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum 5 years experience in power plants
• Valid BC Drivers' License and willing to travel
• Knowledge of Boiler and Pressure Vessel codes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
