As part of the feature animation team for Little Santa, you will serve as the Groom Supervisor, setting standards for the department and fostering a culture of excellence. This critical role focuses on defining workflows, training team members, and collaborating with department heads to achieve production goals while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Houdini Templates for production efficiency
• Provide daily feedback and reviews of artist work
• Create Creature and Character Grooms, including hair and fur
• Collaborate on tools support with Groom/Asset TD
• Establish training materials and Wiki documentation

Requirements:
• 5+ years in supervisory Groom roles for animation
• Build scalable groom-rigs and support libraries
• Strong grasp of up-to-date Groom practices in Houdini
• Familiarity with Flow Production Tracking
• Commitment to mentoring and team growth
