Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee property and lease operations across assigned facilities
• Manage lease agreements, negotiations, and renewals
• Develop and maintain budgets for lease and facility operations




• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including landlords

Requirements:
• 5-7 years in a leadership role in commercial leasing
• Valid property management license required
• Solid knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Proven expertise in lease negotiations and portfolio optimization
• Ability to develop budgets and manage financial performance
