As a Distribution Engineer reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will leverage your engineering technology diploma or degree to create designs for new installations and upgrades. This position demands expertise in project management, electrical theory, AutoCAD, and safety regulations. You will ensure enhancements to our distribution system meet strict design and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create designs for distribution system installations and upgrades
• Prepare technical reports and calculations for system assessments




• Review consultant designs and ensure compliance with standards
• Oversee construction contracts and supplier compliance
• Analyze materials and work practices for system enhancements

Requirements:
• 3-year Engineering Technology diploma or 4-year Engineering Degree
• Certified Engineering Technologist or Qualified Engineer eligibility
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SPIDAcalc
• Valid Class ‘G’ Ontario Driver’s Licence
