Bring your training expertise to Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan as an Underground Trainer at the McIlvenna Bay site. This full-time role operates on a 14/14 rotation to support a vital copper project.

As part of the Health & Safety Team, your focus will be on the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs that ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to identify training needs and promote a proactive safety culture. Your efforts will be crucial in teaching safe work procedures and evaluating training outcomes across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interactive training sessions for wide-ranging audience levels
• Teach safe work procedures and risk assessment
• Assess equipment operator competency and safety




• Enhance emergency response training programs
• Record and evaluate the effectiveness of training

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in underground mining
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Commitment to safety standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with mining tasks and safety protocols
