As the IPAC Leader, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the infection prevention and control program at our long-term care home. Your role includes assessing risks, performing audits, and managing staff involved in this critical area. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the IPAC program implementation
• Conduct regular performance audits and training sessions




• Ensure compliance with provincial standards and protocols

• Manage the budget and needed supplies for IPAC

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field
• 3-5 years’ healthcare experience, 2-3 years in supervision
• Certification in Infection Control preferred
• Experience training healthcare professionals
• Strong organizational and communication skills
