Jim Peplinski Capital in Mississauga is seeking a Credit Manager to be the primary credit decision maker, manage a growing portfolio and lead a small team. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and Technology to approve credit applications and structure deals that balance risk and growth.
The role requires 6–10 years in credit risk or underwriting, experience in automotive or equipment lending, and solid financial statement analysis.
