Dillon is seeking an Intermediate Water Resources Engineer passionate about innovation and solving challenges. Join our multidisciplinary team to enhance municipal infrastructure projects from any of our offices: Windsor, Oakville, Hamilton, North York, or Kingston.

In this pivotal engineering role, you will leverage your technical skills and leadership abilities as you manage hydraulic modeling and design projects for both public and private sectors. Your work will support essential stormwater management and infrastructure analysis, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. Strong relationships with stakeholders will be vital as you mentor junior staff and identify recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead hydraulic modeling for municipal projects • Analyze surface drainage and develop stormwater strategies • Provide technical guidance and mentorship • Document findings in comprehensive reports • Collaborate on business development efforts

Requirements: • Civil or environmental engineering degree • 5+ years of municipal infrastructure experience • Licensed Professional Engineer preferred • Proficient in hydraulic modeling software • Strong communication and teamwork skills
