Total compensation range: $45k-$65k

Responsibilities may include:

Perform projectaccounting function including opening (closing) projects within the accounting system





Work with Project Managers to prepare timely and accurate customer billings and supporting documentation

Engage in WIP process including activities such as project forecast, WIP reconciliation, project cost transfers, change order updates, and adjustments

Assist in collection of receivables

Works with transactions involving multi-currency and tax considerations

Assist in responding to external auditrequirements

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Math, Economics, or college equivalent

Extensive experience populating and analyzingfinancial and project data using Excel

Experience with using AI to optimize tasks is an asset

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV software would be beneficial but is not required

Experience in a professional services business would be beneficial but is not required
