Sleep Country Canada is looking for a Senior Data Engineerto play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data platforms that support reporting, analytics, and operational use cases across the organization. This role ensures data is reliable, accurate, and accessible for business users, analysts, and downstream systems. The position works closely with Business Intelligence, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver data solutions that enable consistent reporting and decision-making. The role also contributes to improving data quality, performance, and standardization across data platforms.In this current open role you will:Design and build scalable data pipelines and data integration processes to support reporting and analytics across business domainsEnsure data quality, accuracy, and reliability through validation, monitoring, and issue resolution processesSupport Business Intelligence and reporting teams by delivering clean, well-structured, and accessible datasetsOptimize data performance, storage, and processing to support scalable and efficient data operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (BI, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to translate business requirements into data solutionsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers and contribute to development standards and best practicesMonitor and support production data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of data incidentsThe Qualifications and experience we like to see:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data,

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 annually.
