This role partners closely with leadership to drive inclusive talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation initiatives. The position plays a key role in strengthening culture, values, and employee experience, ensuring the organization remains a caring employer and an exceptional place to work.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to line managers to implement business and people plans aligned with operational objectives.Ensure consistent application of all people processes to deliver an excellent co-worker experience.Partner with leaders to enable inclusive talent management and leadership development aligned with strategic goals.Support transformation initiatives and act as an ambassador for standardization and change management.Represent Culture & Values within the unit,
