We are seeking an intermediate-level Construction Manager to support delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects. This position is intentionally targeted to experienced contractor-side professionals—such as Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, or early-career Superintendents—who are ready to broaden their responsibility and gain owner-side delivery experience.What You'll Be DoingAct as the Owner’s representative for defined construction scopes or site areasCoordinate contractors, inspectors, and internal technical teamsSupport construction sequencing, sitelogistics, and constructability planningReview RFIs, shop drawings, and field changesMonitor schedule, cost, quality, and safety performanceSupport progress reporting, issue tracking, and meeting coordinationAssist with commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activitiesThis is a hands‑on, field‑engaged role with regular site presence.
