In this position, you will play a key role in preparing and executing various legal documents and maintaining detailed records for all client interactions. You’ll collaborate closely with the Credit Department and contribute to our commitment to high-quality service through diligent file management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute Subordination Agreements
- Create and maintain comprehensive client files
- Execute payoffs with other lenders
- Proofread documents for compliance and correctness
- Maintain accurate records of legal documentation

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of paralegal or law clerk experience
- Relevant post-secondary education
- Preferred experience with legal documentation
- Robust organizational abilities
- Effective communicator
