Employment Type: Permanent Job Description: Our Points Business Unit manages relationships with top-tier partners like Southwest and IHG, and right now we need someone ready to own our largest commercial partnerships through high-impact, consultative account growth rather than traditional cold hunting.
What You'll Be Doing You will own the overall partner growth strategy and commercial execution for some of our highest-profile accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams spanning Marketing, Product, and Analytics to build 3-year commercial plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide partner strategic directions through QBRs and executive check-ins. You will connect modern AI tools directly into your commercial workflow to streamline account research, surface non-obvious expansion triggers from partner data, and sharpen partner presentation decks. Your main focus will stay on driving inside sales velocity, converting commercial opportunities, and positioning products to solve complex partner challenges.
What You Bring You are a consultative partner strategist who deeply understands partner business models, navigating complex accounts to curate commercial solutions that directly solve partner priorities. You bring a strong analytical orientation, using financial metrics and sales performance data to build long-term account plans, forecast revenue, and track pipeline velocity. When it comes to AI, you don't just use it, you've connected multiple tools into repeatable workflows for account research and outreach that produce polished partner deliverables with significantly less manual effort. You excel at cross-functional orchestration, collaborating smoothly with Product, IT,

and Marketing teams to translate commercial plans into successful product launches and marketing campaigns. You communicate and present complex ideas with absolute clarity, bringing the polish needed to guide Quarterly Business Reviews and lead high-stakes discussions with partner executives.
