In this senior role, the Lead Fundraising Strategist partners with the Dean and Faculty leadership to secure strategic funding. With a focus on engaging alumni and developing effective donor relationships, you will be instrumental in executing fundraising initiatives. Utilize your project management skills to navigate complex institutional structures and mentor your team towards achieving targeted outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute detailed solicitation strategies for diverse donors
• Build strong relationships with faculty and institutional leaders




• Advise on best practices in donor strategy and fundraising
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of philanthropic gifts
• Participate in donor meetings both on and off campus

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of fundraising experience
• Proven track record in securing major gifts
• Familiarity with Canadian fundraising regulations
• Strong project management skills within educational settings
• CFRE certification is preferred
