Mars is looking for a dedicated Retail Representative working 24 hours a week, from Monday to Wednesday. A High School diploma is required, along with the capability to drive daily across the territory. The position includes managing product displays, securing orders, and ensuring optimal stock levels for excellent product visibility and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sell and maintain distribution of Mars Snacking products
• Present and sell display programs to retail customers
• Ensure products are stocked and displayed correctly
• Manage territory with productive route scheduling
• Maintain detailed records in field sales software

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Canadian driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience in sales preferred
• Stable vehicle insurance coverage
