As part of ComPsych's renowned Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you will provide ethical, solution-focused counseling to employees and their families. Responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, offering strategies for stress management, and documenting all sessions in line with professional standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-person counseling sessions to employees and household members
• Conduct clinical evaluations and intake assessments




• Assist clients in navigating behavioral health challenges
• Provide timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate with ComPsych's clinical processes as needed

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in behavioral health or similar
• At least 3 years of post-master's clinical experience
• Valid professional accreditation
