The Lead Hand I, directly reporting to the Production Supervisor, is accountable for all aspects related to equipment operation, maintenance, and the cleanliness of the work area. This role also involves ensuring supply availability and participating in process documentation. Through your leadership, you will motivate and guide your team towards achieving operational excellence and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage shift transitions and optimize resource allocation
• Address equipment alarms and initiate corrective actions




• Assist in documenting quality assurance deviations
• Help coordinate work schedules for team members
• Conduct training for new employees on SOPs

Requirements:
• Completion of high school or relevant diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Leadership capabilities within a team environment
• Availability to work flexible shifts
