As a Structural Detail Designer at Seaspan, you will draw upon your 4-6 years of detailed design experience in heavy industries. Your focus will be on generating 3D models and production drawings, ensuring they meet VSY's stringent quality and engineering standards. You will also interact closely with functional teams to resolve design challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and update 3D design models as needed
• Create Structural Manufacturing Information throughout construction
• Liaise with engineering teams to solve design challenges




• Support fabrication by providing technical resolutions
• Report project plans and budgets clearly

Requirements:
• Associate Design degree or related experience
• 4-6 years in Detailed Design role
• Understanding of marine structures and shipbuilding practices
• Proficiency in Rhino, Navisworks, and e-Share software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
