This position requires you to hold a Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) status and have extensive experience in managing tailings facilities. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing the tailings management framework, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate leadership in safety compliance and standards
• Develop frameworks for tailings management including OMS manuals
• Plan and oversee project execution for dam construction




• Coordinate monitoring and documentation of construction activities
• Supervise the tailings management team in daily operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields
• 7-10 years of senior engineering experience
• Familiarity with dam safety principles and construction
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC
