Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, your role will entail overseeing the strategic direction of HSE programs to reinforce a culture of safety and operational excellence. You will work closely with senior leadership and provide critical insights on safety performance, regulatory compliance, and best practices. Transforming safety culture and driving improvements will be central to your mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop HSE Management System with continuous enhancements
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Conduct audits, incident investigations,



and KPI tracking
• Build relationships with clients and regulatory agencies
• Mentor and develop HSE professionals across units

Requirements:
• Degree in a related field such as Environmental Science
• 10+ years of relevant HSE experience
• Robust leadership presence and communication skills
• Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Experience with organizational change management
