Masco Canada is seeking a Payroll & Perks Specialist to join the Payroll & Total Rewards team on-site in St. Thomas, Ontario.
You will manage accurate bi-weekly payroll for unionized hourly and salary staff and administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legislation and plans. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of payroll and benefits experience, familiarity with major payroll systems, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
