As a Commercial Manager, you will report to the Vice President, Commercial, and translate HOPA's strategy into actionable opportunities across various locations. The position demands exceptional relationship-building skills and a focus on leasing opportunities within HOPA's portfolio, which spans Hamilton, Oshawa, and Niagara. You will lead a high-performing team, coordinate departmental expertise, and manage a disciplined pipeline of potential ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a high-performing Commercial team across multiple locations
• Implement leasing priorities in alignment with HOPA's strategic objectives




• Maintain a prioritized pipeline of commercial opportunities
• Gather market intelligence and prepare business cases
• Build a diversified customer prospect pipeline

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or related field
• Proven negotiation and sales experience
• Robust customer relationship management skills
• Understanding of legal documents and lease clauses
• Valid Class G driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
