Here's how a Subcontractor Default Insurance Coordinator for PCL Constructors Canada Inc. within Toronto contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**
Maintain and update subcontractor prequalification database
Review, evaluate and prepare reports on financial assessments, and analyze qualification submissions from subcontractors
Meet with subcontractors as needed to review and obtain prequalification information, including financial statements
Evaluate subcontractor capacity and assist in developing project-specific risk mitigation plans
Meet with internal teams to understand prequalification requirements
Assist in subcontractor outreach
Liaise with credit associations and references
Prepare reports on prequalification status, subcontractor utilization, and other reporting as required
Complete subcontractor default insurance reports/claims
Assist with presentations on the prequalification process
Monitor subcontract values, subcontract security and risk mitigation plans
Other duties as required
**Qualifications**
1 to 3 years of experience in credit management strongly preferred
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is considered an asset
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to review, interpret, and analyze financial statements to assess financial performance and trends.

Strong customer service skills; comfortable and capable of telephone outreach and communication with subcontractors




Team player with effective interpersonal skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and professional judgment
Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge of the construction industry is considered an asset
Knowledge/experience with Oracle, Enterprise One software, Power B.I and Compass software is considered an asset
The estimated salary range for this role is $61,000 - $79,000 **,** based on your experience and qualifications.

Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
