Insight Global is seeking a Financial Business Partner to join a highly successful North America Finance Team to lead the financial, reporting and analysis for our growing Canada business.
Reporting directly into the Finance Director, North America, with a dotted reporting line to the Canada Business Line leader you will be responsible for working directly with our operational colleagues to drive insight and financial excellence.
Part of the wider North America Finance Team, we are looking for an individual to take ownership for their own success and drive analysis and reporting excellence in Canada, being the lead for the success we have had in delivering financial excellence in the USA.

Skills and Requirements
- 5-10 years of financial accounting, financial planning or financial analysis experience
- Qualified CPA (or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Analytical Skills: strong financial acumen, including understanding of P&L; and balance sheet - Worked with operations teams in the past
- Positive communication skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines
