Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Mechanic Helper to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will assist skilled mechanics in performing repairs and maintenance on various vehicles and machinery. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive or mechanical field while contributing to a dynamic team setting.

Duties

- Assist mechanics with routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Help diagnose mechanical issues by observing and learning from experienced technicians.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Support the assembly and disassembly of vehicle components under the guidance of senior mechanics.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your mechanical knowledge and skills.

Skills

- Basic understanding of automotive systems and mechanical principles is preferred but not required.




- Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced mechanics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
