**POSITION OVERVIEW**
As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping plant operations running smoothly by ensuring materials and finished goods move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout the facility.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and takes pride in supporting production through strong safety practices, organization, and attention to detail.
**HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
Support the physical movement of inbound and outbound materials to meet production and shipping needs.

Supply production lines with raw materials, bulk ingredients, and packaging supplies in a timely manner.

Move, stage, and handle raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and plant.

Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, palletizers, unitizers, balers, and related warehouse equipment.

Load and unload trucks safely while following standard operating procedures.

Complete digital and paper transactions to ensure accurate inventory, shipping, and food safety records.

Perform routine safety, quality, and sanitation inspections and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support preventative maintenance activities as assigned.

Participate in safety meetings, team huddles, and continuous improvement activities as part of a High-Performance Team.

Provide support in functional or rotational roles as needed, including relief coverage and hands-on material handling.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Minimum Requirements:**
Valid driver's license (G2 level or higher).

Secondary school diploma or GED.
2+ years of related work experience in a fast-paced team environment.

Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Comfort using computers, digital systems, and warehouse technology.

Strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Ability to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including nights, weekends,



and holidays as required.

Ability to work overtime, as necessary
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Previous warehouse/forklift operator experience.

Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
Industrial warehouse and manufacturing setting.

Regular operation of powered warehouse equipment and computer systems.

Physical activity including standing, walking, lifting, bending, climbing, and repetitive motion.

Exposure to heat, humidity, wet or slippery surfaces, dust, and occasional outdoor conditions.

Fast-paced environment with changing priorities and production schedules.
**WORK SCHEDULE**
This role works a 12-hour rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
**Salary Range: $25.00 per hour**
