We're hiring a
**Day Shift Packaging & Forklift Operator**
to join a busy production team in Southeast Calgary.

This hands-on role combines packaging, quality inspection, production support, and forklift operation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**What You'll Do**
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Wrap skids and prepare loads for transport
Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift to move materials and finished products
Use measuring tapes and metric measurements to verify specifications
Support production equipment and machine operation as needed
Use hand tools and assist with assembly-related tasks
Perform regular heavy lifting and material handling throughout the shift
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
**What We're Looking For**
6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, production, or general labour experience
Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience
Experience performing heavy lifting in a workplace setting
Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately
Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CALGARY, AB.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
