Insight Global is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a large-scale manufacturing operation in the GTA.

This role will oversee approximately 100-120 employees through a team of 3-5 Production Supervisors and Project Leaders, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across the facility.

The ideal candidate is a highly visible and engaging leader who is passionate about employee development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

This individual will be expected to spend significant time on the production floor, building relationships with frontline employees, coaching leaders, driving accountability, and fostering a culture centered around safety, quality, and performance.

This position offers strong long-term growth potential, with the opportunity to advance into a Director-level leadership role over the next 3-5 years.

Skills and Requirements
- 5-10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience managing large-scale production operations with 75+ direct and indirect employees.
- Proven leadership experience managing Production Supervisors and frontline manufacturing teams.
- Experience within large manufacturing environments (300,000+ sq. ft. preferred) with GMP requirements.
- Robust background in driving safety, quality, and operational performance metrics.
- Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives.
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong shop-floor presence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage employees across all levels of the organization.
- Experience conducting performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Pharma, CPG or food manufacturing background
