It helps customers unlock enterprise data across distributed, cloud, and mainframe environments by making trusted data available where it is needed.
As AI adoption accelerates, Data

Drive reusable services, APIs, frameworks, and common platform capabilities while consolidating overlapping technologies.
Define cloud-native strategies for deployment, configuration, scalability, observability, security, and operational excellence.
Lead the adoption and integration of AI platform capabilities, intelligent automation, MCP, and agentic systems across the Data
Edge portfolio.
Partner with Product teams to identify and prioritize AI capabilities that create measurable customer value and competitive differentiation.
Represent the Data
Edge technology vision internally and externally.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, analyst perspectives, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to help shape portfolio strategy and investment priorities.
Shape how Data
Edge fits within the broader data, analytics,
and AI ecosystem, collaborating across Rocket portfolios and external technology partners to deliver integrated platform capabilities and differentiated customer outcomes.
Promote adoption of industry standards, open APIs, and interoperability frameworks to ensure Data
Edge integrates effectively across diverse customer environments and technology ecosystems.
Coach teams on AI-enabled development, including AI-assisted coding, testing, documentation, modernization, and delivery.
Lead architecture reviews, communicate decisions and tradeoffs, and mentor senior technical talent across the portfolio.
**Required Qualifications:**

Proven experience defining architecture and technology strategy across multiple enterprise products or platforms.
Strong expertise in LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, retrieval architectures, enterprise AI integration, and responsible AI patterns.
Demonstrated delivery of AI-enabled product capabilities and adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices.

Experience building shared platforms, services, APIs, or reusable frameworks and leading technology consolidation.
Successful partnership with Product Management on strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and investment decisions.
Proven ability to lead cross-product initiatives, resolve competing priorities, and influence without direct authority.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, including with executive leaders; experience mentoring senior engineers or architects.
**Education:**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IS, or related technical discipline.
