As Director, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety while managing compliance and operational readiness. You’ll play a key role in mentoring future leaders and driving continuous improvement initiatives, all while impacting local and remote communities through essential air services.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will shape strategic operational efforts and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations
- Lead initiatives for risk management and safety management




- Build and support high-performing operational teams
- Oversee operational budgets and key business initiatives
- Engage with Transport Canada and community stakeholders

Requirements:

- 10+ years of aviation operations experience
- Qualification for Operations Manager under Transport Canada
- Deep knowledge of commercial aviation standards
- Demonstrated leadership in operational and budget management
- Passion for safety and team-oriented leadership
