Steelway Building Systems in Ontario is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the effective design of steel building products, ensuring compliance with codes and project specifications. You will mentor engineers, coordinate cross‑functional work with Manufacturing, Drafting, Purchasing and Sales, and drive improvements in design workflows, quality and cost‑effectiveness.

Required: Civil Engineering degree, PEO license, 5–8 years in management and 10+ years in steel design; base pay CAD
