Ethos is seeking experienced learning and organisational development managers to help train an AI language model on skilled documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a start ASAP.

Work 5-20 hours per week at $70/hour, with tasks including creating and refining onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, and curriculum outlines, plus tracking engagement and rubric-based assessments.
