Job Title: General Labour

Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia

Shift: Monday - Friday | Day Shift (or as assigned)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Position Overview:
Advantage Personnel is seeking a reliable Warehouse Labourer to support our client's warehouse operations in Bedford, NS. This hands-on role involves unloading shipping containers, sorting items, and maintaining a safe and organized work workplace. Ideal candidates are physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

- Unload products and materials from incoming shipping containers
- Sort and organize items by type, size, or destination
- Follow instructions from the supervisor to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform other general labour duties as required

Requirements:

- Physically capable of lifting 50-60 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable standing, bending, and performing manual labour for extended periods
- Experience in a warehouse environment is an asset
- May involve operating basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks)
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
