Job description:

Responsibilities:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Sweep or scrub floors.
- Assist with putting away food in walk-ins when deliveries come in.
- Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
- Prepare foods for cooking or serving.
- Receive and store supplies.
- Clean garbage cans .
- Move equipment,



supplies or food to required locations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Proven experience in preparing and cooking a wide variety of food styles
- Ability to work in a physically demanding area and be familiar with a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking workplace
- Be available to work all shifts including weekends
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- English
