Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Specialist to drive vertical strategy, market intelligence, and profitable growth across Canada for a leading logistics organization in Mississauga.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and commercial decision‑making, playing a key part in identifying where we grow and how we grow profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead industry vertical and international lane analysis to identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities and emerging market trends.
· Conduct market sizing, share-of-wallet, and attainable share assessments to quantify opportunity and support strategic planning
· Quantify and prioritize international growth opportunities through corridor-level analysis, including trade flows, customer demand, and service feasibility.
· Develop insights into customer shipping behaviour, demand patterns, and market dynamics to inform targeted international growth and lane expansion strategies
· Partner with Sales, Pricing, and Revenue Management to evaluate conversion potential, competitive positioning, and network/service differentiation across priority lanes
· Monitor competitive intelligence, macroeconomic forces, and industry shifts impacting customer demand.
· Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide pricing, product, and go-to-market strategy.
· Lead revenue management projects with minimal supervision, ensuring impactful analysis and strategy development
·Deliver compelling dashboards, presentations, and executive-ready narratives that align cross-functional teams and support high-quality commercial decision‑making

Skills and Requirements
· Bachelor's or master's degree in analytics/ marketing / business administration
· Minimum 6 years' experience in analytics, strategy, market intelligence, or revenue management.
· Strong expertise in advanced data modeling, analysis, modelling skills (market sizing, forecasting, financial modelling etc) and experience with Power BI, SQL
· Demonstrated success in market research, competitive analysis, and strategy development
· Commercial mindset with the ability to communicate insights through clear, executive‑level storytelling that translates analytics into strategic recommendations and decision‑ready narratives.
· Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills ·Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or B2B services
