**Overview**
Saatchi & Saatchi Toronto is looking for an SEM Specialist to join our team!
Monitor active SEM campaigns.

Provide optimization, targeting or performance insights from reporting data.

Traffic new campaigns, ads, and keywords.

Complete monthly SEM reports.

Help train and oversee the work of Coordinators.
**Responsibilities**
Create and activate SEM campaigns based on client briefs and established strategies
Optimize budget pacing, bids and bidding strategies, ads and more
Pull data from multiple systems to create Power

Point and Excel reports
Identify optimization opportunities and performance insights from platform data and reporting
Create and update keywords lists, ad copy, and ad extensions
Provide insight and analysis and suggest updates/optimizations to improve performance
Ensure the accuracy of budgets within PM media finance systems
Reconcile monthly invoices
Update and maintain campaign taxonomy to meet global requirements
**Qualifications**




1+ year of SEM experience within an agency environment or 2+ years of SEM experience in-house
Proficiency in SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
A strong desire to learn and continuously develop your skill set through self-directed learning
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented
Comfort and strength in data aggregation, manipulation and analysis
Strong numerical and computer skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power

Point
Good writing skills, for both ad copy writing and to summarize insights in a concise manner
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to discuss campaign performance and recommendations with clients.
A strong sense of accountability and ownership

**Salary**
Transparency matters to us.

The salary range for this position is between $55,000 to $60,000 per year.

Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications.

This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
