Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Engineer Racking. Located in Brampton, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Lead Engineer Racking will oversee the design, development, and implementation of steel racking systems. Responsibilities include project management, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our racking solutions.

Oversee design, development, and implementation of steel racking systems. Manage projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and provide technical support to support ongoing improvement and innovation.

Qualifications





- Experience in designing and developing steel racking systems and other material storage solutions
- Qualified Engineer with a valid stamp in at least one Canadian Province
- Minimum 8+ years of experience designing and analyzing racking and racking systems
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication is a plus
