Bayshore Home Care Solutions (Hamilton) serves the greater Hamilton and Burlington areas, supporting clients to remain in the comfort of their own home through customized care plans.Job DetailsLocation: Home-to-home in the Greater Hamilton and Burlington Area.Pay: Pay per visit.Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, Alternating Weekend Rotation: 7:00am–3:00pm; 8:00am–4:00pm; 8:30am–4:30pm; 3:00pm–11:00pm as assigned.On‑Call Rotation: 11:00pm–7:00am.Statutory Holiday Rotation: Provided.What You’ll DoAs a Visiting Nurse, you will deliver personalized high‑quality care directly in clients’ homes.
