Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement patient care assessment programs
• Manage daily ward operations and staff deployment
• Evaluate care quality against established standards
• Maintain communication with the multidisciplinary team
• Lead mentorship for junior nursing staff
Requirements:
• Must hold an active NMC registration
• Recognized course in critical care.
• Experience in a High Dependency Unit or Intensive Care
• Demonstrated clinical and managerial skills
• Continuous professional development records
